Six Chinese Tire Brands Among the World's Top 25!

On June, Brand Finance, a brand valuation consultancy, released its latest Top 25 Tire Brands ranking.

According to Tire World, Michelin has retained its title as the world's most valuable tire brand for the seventh consecutive year.

Ranked ninth, Giti Tire is the brand with the highest value growth on the list. This brand's value increased by 19%, driven by its strong performance in the Chinese market. Research indicates that Giti Tire has achieved high market recognition in China.

Six major Chinese tire brands, including those from Taiwan, have made it onto this list, making China the region with the most brands represented. Among them, Sentury Tire showed the fastest growth with a 17% increase. The brand values of Triangle, Linglong, and Sailun grew by 15%, 11%, and 10%, respectively.

The report highlights that nearly half of the world's fastest-growing tire brands come from China. Brand Finance stated that 2023 has been a prosperous year for China's tire industry. Despite the challenges faced by global tire giants, Chinese brands have achieved remarkable growth against the odds. The rise of these Chinese brands signals a new era of competition and opportunity in the global tire market.
